Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Try-Before-You-Buy Policy

At Varkun, we strive to make shopping flexible and transparent. Below you’ll find the specific terms for subscriptions, pre-orders, and our Try-Before-You-Buy program. If you have any questions, we’re always just an email away.

1. Subscriptions

How subscriptions work

When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive automatic deliveries based on the frequency and term you select (for example, monthly or quarterly). We securely store your payment method and bill it at each interval unless you pay for the entire term upfront.

  • Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term. If you don’t wish to renew, simply cancel before the next billing cycle.

  • You can change delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or switch products at any time through your customer portal.

How to cancel or modify

Every subscription confirmation email includes a link to manage your plan. Use it to update, pause, or cancel at any time. Refunds on subscription orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy (e.g. unused items returned within 30 days).

2. Pre-Orders

How pre-orders work

Pre-ordering lets you reserve upcoming or restocked items before they’re available to ship. Depending on the product, you may be charged:

  • A deposit, with the remaining balance automatically billed when the item is ready to ship, or

  • The full amount up front, with no further charges.

We’ll keep you updated on estimated shipping dates via email.

How to cancel

  • Before fulfilment: You may cancel any pre-order and receive a full refund — no questions asked.

  • After fulfilment: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can, however, initiate a return in accordance with our Returns Policy once received.

3. Try-Before-You-Buy

How it works

Our Try-Before-You-Buy program lets you experience an item at home before committing to it. When you place the order:

  • We place a temporary authorisation (a hold) on your card but don’t charge you immediately.

  • You have a defined trial period (specified on the product page) to test the item.

  • If you return it within the trial period, the authorisation is released and you aren’t charged.

  • If you keep it past the return window, we’ll charge the full purchase amount to your original payment method.

Please make sure to return items in their original condition. Returns outside the trial period are handled according to our standard Returns Policy.
