At Varkun, we want every order to feel right. If your item isn’t what you expected whether due to sizing, quality, or a simple change of mind this policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Return Rules at a Glance

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • It may take up to 7 days to process the return once received.
  • Customers pay for return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
  • No restocking fees
  • Gift cards, personalised items, and intimate products are final sale
  • All other items are eligible for return if they meet the conditions below

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Returns are accepted for change of mind, defective, or incorrect items
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns showing wear, damage, or alteration
  • “New” means unopened, unused, and in the same condition as delivered

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@varkun.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will reply within 1–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and full instructions
  3. Include your RMA number inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly

Important: If your order was fulfilled by an international partner, we may ask you to return it to our Australian address. Standard return shipping charges apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
