What is VARKUN?

VARKUN is a registered Australian design house (ABN 40 655 422 726) based in Perth, Western Australia. The brand creates anime-inspired and gothic streetwear built on structure, weight, and precision. All designs are developed locally and produced through trusted manufacturing partners for global distribution.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Domestic orders within Australia typically arrive within 7–14 business days. International deliveries take approximately 10–21 business days, depending on customs and destination. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Will I pay duties or taxes on my order?

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These are not included in VARKUN’s listed prices and remain the buyer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for clarification if needed.

How do I start a return?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for change of mind or product fault. Email sales@varkun.com with your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA and return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full terms.

What is your exchange or refund policy?

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. VARKUN does not apply restocking fees. Refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscription products are billed on the schedule selected at checkout. Customers may pause, modify, or cancel at any time using the link in their confirmation email. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless adjusted before the next billing date. Details are outlined in our Subscription Policy.

What about pre-orders?

Pre-orders reserve upcoming designs. Depending on the release, you may pay a deposit or the full price at checkout. Cancellations are accepted until dispatch. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

How does Try-Before-You-Buy work?

A temporary hold is placed on your payment method during the trial period. You are only charged if you choose to keep the item after the trial ends. Returning it within the set window releases the hold automatically.

Do you restock sold-out items?

VARKUN operates in limited capsules. Once a piece is sold out, restock is not guaranteed. Select designs may reappear if demand and ethical production capacity align. Updates are shared via the VARKUN newsletter and official social channels.

Are your designs licensed or official?

All products are original works inspired by anime culture and visual storytelling. Collaborations with artists are officially credited. Licensed merchandise is clearly identified on the relevant product pages.

What payment methods are accepted?

VARKUN accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Union Pay. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted systems for security.

Do you have a physical store or pickup location?

No. VARKUN operates exclusively online. Our Perth address functions as a registered business and return point only.
