Shipping & Returns Policy
Last Updated: October 8, 2025At Varkun, we focus on fast, reliable delivery and a fair, transparent returns process. This policy explains order processing, delivery timeframes, return steps, and who pays for shipping costs.

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking details are emailed once your parcel is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times


  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $60
  • Standard (Tracked): $7.95
  • Priority (Tracked): $12.95
  • Insured Express: $24.95
    Estimated delivery: 5–16 business days, depending on location. 

3. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. How to Return a Product:
  1. Email sales@varkun.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
  3. Pack and ship the item using a tracked service.
Who Pays for Returns:
  • If the return is due to a Varkun error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change of mind or size exchanges, customers pay return shipping.
    Refunds are issued once the returned item passes inspection. Processing can take up to 5 business days after receipt.

4. Exchanges

To exchange for another size or item, please request a return first, then place a new order once your refund is confirmed.
